WCG 2009 Grand Final came to an end with a big success in Chengdu, China. This is WCG's 9th Grand Final and again proved to be the world's largest computer and video game festival.

Total of 82,000 spectators and about 600 journalists from all over the world came over to Chengdu to watch the world top 600 players from 65 countries. After competitive 4 days tournament, Team Korea (South) ranked 1st place with 3 gold, 2 silver, 3 bronze medals, followed by Team Sweden, and Team Germany.

The WCG 2010 Grand Final will be held in Los Angeles, USA celebrating the 10th anniversary of the WCG Grand Final.
